Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are usually processed within 5 – 7 business days.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may take longer.

 Domestic Shipping:

  • Delivery typically takes 5 – 14 business days, depending on location.
  • Free delivery within 50km of Cape Town city centre.
  • Custom courier quotes for orders beyond 50km from Cape Town city centre. 

 International Shipping:

  • Standard international deliveries may take 3 – 6 weeks.
  • Bulk or container shipments may take 6 – 8 weeks, depending on stock availability, port clearance, and shipping conditions.

 Duties & Taxes:

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

 Shipping Costs:

  • Calculated at checkout for standard orders or quoted separately for bulk/container orders.
  • Free delivery within 50km of Cape Town city centre.
  • Custom courier quotes for orders beyond 50km from Cape Town city centre. 

Tracking:

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

 Damages During Shipping:

  • We take great care in packaging our products.
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue.

 

Refund & Return Policy

Because our cane furniture is handcrafted, small variations in color, shape, or finish may occur — these are part of its natural beauty and not considered defects.

​Returns:

  • Accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 Refunds:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Custom & Bulk Orders:

  • Custom-made, special orders, and container shipments are non-refundable, except in the case of damage or defects.

 Exchanges:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to exchange an item.

 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for return.
